Mr. Taylor is a consultant with extensive expertise in wastewater management including process development, operations, and wastewater and beneficial use technologies. Until Fall of 2007, Mr. Taylor was the President of Hydropress, LLC, a company he had founded in 1986, which provided dewatering, sludge processing, disposal, dredging, and beneficial-use to municipalities and industries.

Under Mr. Taylor's guidance, Hydropress grew from 2 employees to more than 50 employees and had major contracts throughout the east coast including beneficial-use contracts for New York City and Westchester County, New York.

Mr. Taylor attended the University of Delaware where he received a degree in Agricultural Engineering in 1973. Mr. Taylor is a member of the New England Water Environment Association, the New York WEA, and the Water Environment Federation.
